On the evening of July 16, 2026, SAIGON 9 Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company (SAIGON IX) solemnly held its 30th Anniversary Gala under the theme “30 Years of Milestones: Prosperity and Sustainability”, marking a proud strategic transformation in the company’s journey.
Experiencing the Heritage Journey in the Foyer
From the early evening, the Foyer became a focal point that attracted a large number of guests. A thoughtfully designed exhibition brought SAIGON IX’s 30 year journey of establishment and development to life. Each milestone represented more than a figure. It was a chapter in the company’s story, recording its perseverance and determination to weather challenges and firmly establish its position in the market.
Alongside the historical journey, the interactive information area featuring two key projects also made a strong impression. Guests were eager to explore METRO IX Office and Commercial Complex, a modern development representing the dynamic rhythm of urban life in Thu Duc Ward and PIER IX Thoi An Riverside Urban Villas, an ecological symphony opening up an elegant and tranquil living environment.

Moving Tributes and Community Mission
Following an emotional documentary film, Mr. Nguyen Van Doi, General Director of SAIGON IX, delivered the opening remarks. In his heartfelt speech, he expressed his profound gratitude to generations of colleagues and especially to valued customers who have placed their trust in the company and enabled it to fulfill its mission.
Following the speech, the Management Board presented refined ceramic gifts as a gesture of appreciation to 10 outstanding partners and customers who have maintained strong relationships with the company over many years.

Representing the next generation, Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc, Deputy General Director of SAIGON IX, took the stage to introduce “The Journey Continues.” Alongside announcing the company’s new strategic direction, he also unveiled SAIGON IX’s new brand identity system and logo. This transformation officially marks the beginning of a new era of accelerated growth for SAIGON IX.
The emotional highlight of the evening was the recognition of Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Diep, Deputy General Director of Finance and Accounting, as a “Special Companion.” For more than 30 years since the company’s early and challenging days, she has demonstrated remarkable strength and played a vital role in maintaining the company’s financial stability.
