30 years Prosperity and Sustainability

Origins
SAIGON IX’s story began with a small grocery store in Saigon in the 1990s. Built on trusted deliveries and enduring integrity, the small agency grew into an official distributor of Saigon Beer, laying the foundation for more than 30 years of development.
Ambition
After more than a decade of growth, 2007 marked a turning point as SAIGON IX entered beer production with the Saigon Bạc Liêu Brewery. This transition affirmed its modern operational capabilities and expanded its role across the industrial value chain.
Foundation
As distribution expanded and demand for goods management grew, SAIGON IX invested in the Cat Lai logistics warehouse. With modern infrastructure, it quickly became a backbone of the supply chain, providing a strong foundation for businesses of all sizes.
Milestones
In 2010, SAIGON IX marked a milestone with Thao Dien Pearl at the eastern gateway of the city. The project delivered an upscale living environment while affirming its sustainable vision and opening a new chapter in large scale real estate.
Vision
In 2017, SAIGON IX expanded into hospitality with Sai Gon - Bac Lieu Hotel. The three star hotel blends modern design with local character, reflecting SAIGON IX’s versatile service capabilities and commitment to elevating regional tourism.

Building on more than two decades of experience, SAIGON IX developed PARK IX Office Building near Tan Son Nhat International Airport in 2018. EDGE certified, the project represents SAIGON IX’s integrated value chain of Investment, Development and Operations.
Development
In 2019, SAIGON IX launched PIER IX Thoi An, a riverside urban villas featuring 155 residences and integrated amenities. The project reflects its ambition to elevate living standards and create a refined community in harmony with nature.
